About the role

Omniva is looking for an experienced People Partner to join its Baltic People & Culture team in Lithuania. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping to build high‑performing teams, navigate change and create an environment where employees can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on people‑related topics across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and support managers to build engaged, high‑performing teams.
• Guide teams through organizational change and help them adapt successfully.
• Support performance management, employee development and workforce planning.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local employment legislation and business needs.
• Resolve employee relations matters in a fair and solution‑oriented way.
• Drive People & Culture initiatives across Lithuania and the Baltics.
• Challenge existing processes and continuously improve HR operations.
• Collaborate with the Baltic People & Culture team to share knowledge and build consistent practices.
