Performance Creative Designer

About the role

Eldorado.gg is looking for a Performance Creative Designer to create high‑converting visuals for paid campaigns across social, display and app‑store channels. You will turn data and test results into creative assets that drive user acquisition and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to translate campaign goals and performance data into effective ads.
• Design ad creatives for paid channels such as Meta, Google Display and others.
• Analyze creative‑level metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and decide on the next tests.
• Run end‑to‑end test loops: hypothesis, variant, test, learn, and iterate quickly.
• Adapt winning creatives into new versions, markets, messages or product variations.
• Contribute to a shared creative learning library documenting what works and why.

Required profile

• Strong static ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes.
• Confidence with modern design and motion tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or equivalents).
• Ability to execute creative briefs accurately while adapting to feedback and changing priorities.
• Comfortable interpreting paid‑media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to inform creative decisions.
• Capable of producing a high volume of variants without sacrificing quality.
• Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimisation.
