Phone Sales Representative – Klaipėda

About the role

Join Telia’s call‑centre team in Klaipėda as a Phone Sales Representative. You will receive three weeks of intensive training on sales fundamentals, after which you will start contacting customers and selling Telia’s telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and actively sell Telia services and solutions.
• Present offers, help clients choose the most suitable products, and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Analyse customer requirements and propose the best fitting options.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn, try new approaches and communicate confidently.
• Interest in technology or curiosity to understand it.
• Enjoy working with people and aiming for results.
• Fluent Lithuanian (additional languages are a plus).
• Available for full‑time, onsite work.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
