About the role

We are looking for a Washing Machine Operator to join our laser‑technology production line. The role involves cleaning mechanical components that are part of high‑precision laser systems, ensuring they meet strict quality standards before moving to the next manufacturing stage.

Key responsibilities

• Wash mechanical components manually and using the automated washing station (the only one of its kind in Lithuania).
• Inspect cleaned parts for cleanliness, package them and prepare them for subsequent production steps.
• Maintain and service the automated washing equipment, including loading up to 20 kg of components per cycle.
• Work daily with a variety of laser components, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge technology.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn how to operate washing equipment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on results and quality.
• Motivation to grow and develop within the company.
• Engineering or technical education (professional school, college or university) is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Operation of automated washing equipment.
• Manual cleaning of mechanical components.
• Basic packaging and preparation of parts for production.
