PPC Team Lead – B2B Growth

About the role

Nord Security is looking for a PPC Team Lead to head the paid acquisition engine for NordLayer and NordLayer Browser. The role sits within the Marketing Growth team and reports to the Growth Team Lead, driving B2B multi‑market campaigns that generate pipeline, revenue and scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the PPC strategy, aligning it with business OKRs and growth priorities.
• Lead execution of B2B multi‑market paid search and paid social initiatives, translating goals into scalable acquisition plans.
• Manage and allocate acquisition budgets across channels, continuously optimizing spend for ROI and growth potential.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee experimentation on bidding, audiences, keywords, creatives and funnel performance.
• Lead a team of four PPC Specialists, ensuring high execution standards and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product and Sales teams to maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance performance and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven strategic leadership in PPC, with ability to align roadmaps to business objectives.
• Experience managing B2B acquisition campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong financial oversight, capable of budget allocation and ROI optimization.
• Data‑driven mindset with expertise in performance analysis and continuous experimentation.
• People‑management skills, able to mentor and develop a team of specialists.
