PPC Team Lead – B2B Paid Acquisition

About the role

Nord Security’s B2B team is looking for a PPC Team Lead to own and scale the paid acquisition engine for NordLayer and NordLayer Browser. You will drive both Paid Search and Paid Social strategies, aligning them with the company’s growth objectives and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall PPC strategy, ensuring alignment with business OKRs and multi‑market growth priorities.
• Manage acquisition budgets across channels, continuously optimizing spend for ROI and pipeline impact.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and implement ongoing experiments in bidding, audiences, keywords, creatives, and funnel stages.
• Lead a team of four PPC Specialists, providing mentorship and ensuring high execution standards.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Sales teams to maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI‑powered tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
