PPC Team Lead – Vilnius/Kaunas Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a PPC Team Lead to own the advertising strategies for our most important SKALE360 clients and to ensure high‑quality performance across the entire PPC team. The role combines strategic planning, client communication, and team coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads strategies for key accounts.
• Communicate results to clients, present insights, and recommend next steps.
• Regularly audit all client ad accounts to identify issues and growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of campaign quality and performance.
• Coach and support PPC specialists, helping solve complex problems.
• Elevate the overall strategic thinking and effectiveness of the PPC team.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ability to independently design strategies and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Understanding of how advertising drives client sales and business goals.
• Clear communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Experience reviewing peers’ work and providing concrete feedback.
