About the role

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our BITĖ salon in Utena. You will be responsible for selling services and products directly to customers, both in‑person and over the phone, while delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive personal and team sales targets for services and products.
• Provide professional advice on the latest technological innovations and our service portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and increase loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues with the highest BITĖ standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong focus on customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills and comfortable using business applications and information systems.
• Quick adaptability, continuous learning attitude, and interest in telecom market trends.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of English and/or Russian is advantageous.

• Computer literacy (office applications, CRM systems).
