Procurement Manager – Supply Chain & Supplier Management

About the role

OPTOMAN is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the full procurement cycle for assigned categories, ensuring the right materials and services are delivered at the right cost, quality and time. You will work closely with manufacturing, operations, logistics, finance and R&D to support the company’s growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete procurement process from supplier sourcing and qualification to negotiation, ordering and ongoing supplier management.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, lead time, technological capability and total cost of ownership.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, lead times and delivery requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage supply risks and develop alternative sources for critical materials.
• Maintain accurate supplier, purchasing and pricing data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate procurement needs with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth supply and timely delivery.
• Support sourcing of new materials, technologies and services for product development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage procurement cases independently and communicate with suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and commercial thinking skills.
• Ability to assess supplier offers based on price, quality, lead time and total cost of ownership.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and maintaining accurate procurement data.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills.
• English level B2 or higher.
