Product Designer, Activation & Conversion

About the role

You will shape the onboarding experience for ecommerce brands using Omnisend, turning first‑time users into long‑term customers. Working closely with a Product Manager and Engineering Manager, you’ll blend creativity with data‑driven experimentation to deliver high‑impact experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end user experience for the activation and conversion area, from research to final design.
• Translate research insights, product data and strategy into user‑centered design solutions.
• Drive iterative design decisions that balance user needs, technical constraints and business goals.
• Champion design quality and consistency across all product surfaces and customer touchpoints.
• Advance and maintain the design system to support scalable delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on product design (UX & UI) experience with a portfolio of shipped work.
• Strong interaction‑design skills and ability to create lo‑fi and hi‑fi prototypes.
• Hands‑on experience planning, conducting and applying both moderated and unmoderated user research.
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and advocate for users in cross‑functional discussions.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams and a customer‑first mindset.
