Product Designer – SaaS & B2C

About the role

MailerLite, a fast‑growing email marketing service, is looking for a Product Designer with SaaS or B2C experience. You will work in product trios with a product manager and engineer, shaping design strategy and influencing key product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to identify UX challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate end‑to‑end with software engineers to maximize user and business impact, making trade‑offs when needed.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Translate complex product workflows into intuitive user flows, consistent components, and a unified style.
• Manage both the big‑picture vision and day‑to‑day challenges of a complex user‑facing product.
• Foster a supportive environment within the team and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer on web apps, third‑party integrations, or maintaining a Design System.
• Positive attitude and deep empathy toward end users and teammates.
• Lead the design process from discovery through delivery and post‑launch analysis.
• Iterative, data‑driven design approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with AI and ready to design AI‑driven features.
• Experience conducting user research.
• Some knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Ability to overlap 4 hours with CET timezone.
