Product Manager – Observability Squad

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Observability squad, turning raw network security and browser telemetry into actionable insights for IT and security teams. The role sits at the intersection of data, security and user experience, shaping dashboards and visualisations that help organisations understand network access, SaaS usage and risk signals.

Key responsibilities

• Own product discovery, validation and roadmap planning, turning insights into shipped value.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, improve and evolve services.
• Partner with stakeholders (research, sales, marketing, legal, security, data) to drive aligned outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable user stories.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritising features and ensuring efficient delivery.
• Work closely with engineering to define solutions and maintain high‑quality releases.
• Act as the go‑to person for the product domain, providing clarity and direction.
• Communicate progress, priorities and outcomes regularly to maintain transparency.

Required profile

• Experience in product management or product ownership for digital products.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to plan work effectively.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, data handling and UX flows with engineers.
• Proven knowledge of Scrum and Agile development practices.
• Positive, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
