Production Department Manager – Plating Department

About the role

We are looking for a Production Department Manager to lead our Plating Department at TLT’s high‑tech park in Vilnius. You will be responsible for people, processes and performance, driving continuous improvement in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, oversee and develop production processes to maximise operational efficiency.
• Ensure optimal use of human, technical, energy and material resources.
• Maintain compliance with the Integrated Management System and ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 45001 and 27001 standards.
• Represent the company during external audits and conduct internal audits.
• Analyse departmental performance indicators, prepare reports and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong data organisation and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Effective communication, strategic thinking and time‑management skills.
