Production Project Manager

About the role

Dextall is transforming commercial building exteriors with a proprietary BIM platform. As a Production Project Manager you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of production projects, from producer nomination to final shipment, ensuring schedules, quality, materials and commercial details stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for 2–3 external production partners and coordinate with Dextall’s internal teams.
• Proactively identify drawing errors, supply‑chain risks, quality concerns and misalignments during project ramp‑up.
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating the right people and ensuring problems are solved, not just escalated.
• Manage the impact of client‑driven changes on schedule and scope, communicating implications to all stakeholders.
• Track and report producer performance metrics such as on‑time delivery, issue history and invoice accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating external manufacturers, vendors or subcontractors in an industrial or construction environment.
• Proven ability to take ownership of delivery outcomes and solve schedule, quality or supply problems.
• Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English, comfortable leading meetings with external partners.
• Ability to work independently, travel regularly to production sites and hold a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic financial literacy to review invoices and compare them with scope or packing lists.
• Familiarity with root‑cause methodologies such as 5‑Why or 8D.
• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., custom dashboards, ERP systems).
