Produkto vadovas – Fulfillment by Pigu (FBP)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and develop the Fulfillment by Pigu (FBP) service. You will act as the bridge between business, IT and logistics, shaping the product from seller self‑service tools to warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of the FBP product, including self‑service registration, shipment planning, stock management and payment transparency.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and work with the IT department from design to launch and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimise inbound handling, storage rules, picking productivity, cut‑off times and returns processing.
• Define and monitor service level agreements (SLA) for delivery timeliness, order accuracy and error rates.
• Identify manual, costly or slow processes and implement systematic automation.
• Work with Key Account managers to understand seller pain points, remove onboarding barriers and ensure clear documentation of FBP rules and pricing.
• Serve as the primary contact for IT, logistics, finance and marketplace units, aligning competing priorities into a unified roadmap.
• Communicate status, risks and results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in product, process or project management within commerce or logistics.
• Hands‑on experience with technical products, platforms or systems and an understanding of integrations and workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn vague needs into concrete, implementable requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and cost calculations.
• Comfortable working directly in warehouses, extracting data and documenting processes.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English.
