Project Manager – HVAC and Water Supply

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC (ŠVOK) and water‑supply/sewage (VN) projects for new‑build constructions in Lithuania and the United Kingdom. You will own the project from contract signing through to final handover, ensuring quality, budget compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and control construction cost estimates and project budgets.
• Plan, manage and coordinate project implementation.
• Select and implement efficient engineering solutions.
• Choose appropriate equipment and materials, manage tenders, orders and supply chains.
• Develop, align and monitor work schedules.
• Select subcontractors, negotiate contracts and supervise performance.
• Collaborate with designers, clients and the main contractor, resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate the project team, including foremen and project engineers.
• Organise, coordinate and control commissioning, testing and hand‑over processes.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing HVAC and water‑supply projects.
• Higher engineering education.
• Strong project management, planning and organisational abilities.
• Good understanding of project financial indicators.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• English language skills (advantage) and willingness to travel on business trips (advantage).
