About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic projects that develop and implement IT solutions for our logistics business. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring projects align with company strategy and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Implement major company projects related to the development and deployment of IT solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with internal policies, standards and overall strategy.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks and required resources together with stakeholders.
• Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget and schedule.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and other interested parties.
• Initiate and manage timely public procurements needed for system development or maintenance.
• Formulate and manage business and technical requirements for IT teams.
• Make decisions that support the organization’s goals, direction and values.

Required profile

• University degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably with strategic IT projects.
• Successful delivery of at least two projects that improved business processes by migrating them to new systems or tools.
• Knowledge of project‑management methodologies; certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English (minimum C1 level).
