About the role

The position is responsible for finding, attracting and recruiting the right talent for Memo Bank’s various business units. You will act as the bridge between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to craft precise job descriptions and attractive offers.
• Identify and reach out to candidates with diverse profiles, presenting Memo Bank as an employer of choice.
• Manage the applicant pipeline using the Workable ATS, scheduling interviews and monitoring progress.
• Support candidates throughout the process, from application to job offer, and keep hiring managers informed.
• Represent Memo Bank at recruitment events, delivering a positive candidate experience at every stage.

Required profile

• Proven ability to tap into personal networks and source high‑quality candidates.
• Strong intuition for assessing candidate personality beyond the CV.
• Bias‑free evaluation mindset with a focus on fairness and impartiality.
• Personalized approach to each candidate, adapting communication style as needed.
• Attention to detail in offer clarity, response speed, and interview logistics.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, specifically Workable.

What we offer

• Gross salary range of 2000‑3300 EUR per month.
