About the role

You will lead the development of wind farm projects from the early concept stage through to hand‑over for operation. The position requires close cooperation with internal engineering, legal and finance teams as well as external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead wind park development projects from early stage to operational hand‑over.
• Organise selection of contractors and equipment suppliers, take part in negotiations and oversee contract drafting, signing, execution and control.
• Supervise implementation of grid‑connection conditions in collaboration with network operators.
• Manage project budget, schedule, risk and quality while ensuring cooperation among municipalities, communities, landowners, contractors, clients and consultants.
• Represent the company in public hearings, negotiations and meetings with contractors, external institutions and clients.
• Monitor market, legislative and technological trends in renewable energy and apply them to the projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing, administering or constructing renewable‑energy projects (wind, solar or similar) in Lithuania.
• Higher education in energy, construction, environmental engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of territorial planning, building‑permit procedures and PAV processes.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with institutions, communities and business partners.
• Analytical thinking, strong sense of responsibility and result orientation.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B) and very good English language proficiency.
