Property Development Manager

About the role

Union Asset Management is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Property Development Manager to lead the planning and execution of property development projects in Kaunas. You will drive projects from concept through completion, ensuring they align with the firm’s asset‑management strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and evaluate development opportunities.
• Prepare development proposals and manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and investment returns.
• Coordinate property‑management activities to maintain high‑quality operations.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors, service providers, and other partners.
• Monitor project timelines, assess risks, and optimise returns.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Higher education in real estate, finance, business or a related field.
• Experience in property development or real‑estate asset management is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
