Public Procurement Specialist – Lithuania

About the role

Culligan Lithuania is seeking a Public Procurement Specialist to manage and prepare proposals for public tenders. The role involves reviewing tender requirements, drafting technical specifications, and ensuring timely submission of all procurement documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all required documentation for participation in public procurement procedures.
• Ensure compliance with procurement deadlines, requirements and the proposal submission process.
• Present the company's solutions to potential business partners.
• Maintain professional communication and build long‑term relationships with public procurement partners.
• Actively seek and evaluate new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Higher education in business management, economics or a related field (advantageous).
• 1–2 years of experience working with public procurement.
• Good knowledge of public procurement legislation, procedures and tender requirements.
• Ability to work independently, organise priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Responsible, accurate and structured approach to work.
