Python / Odoo Developer

About the role

ALTAS AUTO, a leader in small and medium bus manufacturing, is expanding its IT department. The company seeks a Python/Odoo developer to help digitise internal processes, build custom Odoo modules, and integrate AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Odoo platform, creating bespoke modules.
• Participate in the migration from Odoo V17 to V20.
• Design and implement API integrations between Odoo and other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, BI).
• Automate internal business workflows and improve data quality.
• Analyse user requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing integrations and internal tools.
• Collaborate with external Odoo partners and other system vendors.
• Contribute to AI‑driven projects such as master‑data validation, after‑sales knowledge bases, document recognition, and process automation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional Python development experience.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs or other web services.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical problems.
• Understanding of business system integration and data exchange.
• Proficiency with Git and reading technical documentation in English.
• Interest in business processes beyond pure coding tasks.
