QA Analyst

About the role

Guidehouse is seeking a QA Analyst to conduct quality assurance reviews across compliance functions, including EDD, FIU, and sanctions programs. The role involves maintaining QA activities, supporting AI workflow testing, and promoting a culture of compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct QA reviews across compliance functions such as EDD, FIU, and sanctions programs.
• Maintain and execute QA activities for sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, blockchain monitoring, and internal investigations.
• Assist in developing and refining QA and compliance testing programs, procedures, and AI workflows.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends and root causes, and prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in QA, audit, AML/CFT, or compliance testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review structured and unstructured data from case and transaction systems.
• High attention to detail, strong documentation and report‑writing skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with QA testing frameworks, risk‑based sampling, and audit procedures in compliance environments.
• Comfortable using AI tools for testing and evaluating AI capabilities within compliance workflows.
