Quality Assurance Associate

About the role

Biomapas is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join its Quality Assurance department in the Kaunas office, Lithuania. The associate supports the supervision of the company's quality management system and its continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the QA department
• Help create, review, revise and track procedural and other quality documents
• Administer the electronic quality management system and oversee training compliance
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Support CAPA coordination by liaising with CAPA owners on corrective and preventive actions, tracking and follow-up
• Support eQMS administration
• Technically support the collection and reporting of performance and quality metrics

Required profile

• Fluent English and Lithuanian
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of GCP, GPV and other GxP principles is beneficial
