Quality Engineer

About the role

CUJO AI is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its Lithuania team. The role is embedded in product development, ensuring that firmware, cloud backend and mobile solutions meet high standards of safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python‑based test automation that is clean, reusable and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate real‑world usage patterns into comprehensive test coverage across networking protocols and cloud services.
• Monitor release readiness, communicate risks, and support quality decisions with data‑driven insights.
• Track defects, provide clear status updates to stakeholders and contribute to mitigation plans.
• Participate in shaping test strategies, ensuring they reflect technical risk and customer impact.
• Document test procedures, share knowledge and promote a culture of quality across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk before defects arise.
• Excellent communication skills to convey quality status and influence team practices.
• Judgment to prioritize testing based on customer impact and product criticality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN).
• Experience with test frameworks such as Pytest and modern automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into automated builds.
• Knowledge of Agile development environments and E2E/UAT testing.
