Quality Management System and Process Group Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Management System and Process Group Manager to lead and improve our internal processes. The role involves overseeing the KPI system, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Support, manage and oversee company processes, providing recommendations for operational improvement.
• Analyze effectiveness of internal processes, nonconformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee the KPI system and participate in audits conducted by certification bodies and clients.
• Organize department operations, develop the team and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing internal process changes.
• Experience conducting internal or external audits; internal auditor certification is a plus.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Critical thinking, high accuracy and objectivity.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with product certification processes.
• Internal auditor certification (advantage).
