Regional Learning and Development Lead

About the role

The company is expanding its global Learning & Development program and needs a Regional Learning and Development Lead to drive learning initiatives across Europe. You will act as an internal consultant, build strong relationships with each site, and ensure consistent execution of competency models and development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the regional organization to adopt and use competency models effectively.
• Facilitate training for regional stakeholders and HR partners to ensure program adoption.
• Lead implementation of learning programs, partnering with local HR and leaders to follow global standards.
• Drive regional leadership development initiatives, conduct needs assessments and provide feedback to the L&D Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with other regional leads to share best practices and shape new programs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, talent management or Organizational Development.
• Proven experience implementing competency models and learning programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all organizational levels.
• Strong facilitation and consultancy abilities.
• Fluent English; knowledge of manufacturing dynamics and regional culture is a plus.
