About the role

EUROKAS is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead a group of stores in the Šiauliai region. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring high service standards, and supporting the growth of your teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the assigned store region and achieve operational targets.
• Organise, coordinate and supervise daily store activities, maintaining excellent customer service.
• Coach store managers, develop their competencies and foster a strong leadership culture.
• Plan staffing needs, participate in recruitment and ensure successful onboarding.
• Analyse sales results and KPIs, initiating actions to improve efficiency and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, internal procedures and processes across all regional stores.
• Collaborate with central functions to guarantee smooth execution of processes.
• Contribute to new store openings, operational changes and regional projects.

Required profile

• Experience managing multiple stores or working as a regional/operations manager.
• Strong leadership, team development and employee motivation skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication abilities.
• Retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or FMCG.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence for regular travel to stores.
• English language skills are a plus.
