Retail Sales Representative – Klaipėda

About the role

Join Tele2’s fast‑moving retail team in Klaipėda as a Sales Representative. You will interact directly with customers in‑store and by phone, helping them choose the best telecom products and services while contributing to the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers face‑to‑face or via telephone to understand their needs and recommend suitable Tele2 products.
• Convert each customer interaction into a sales opportunity, upselling accessories and additional services.
• Contact existing customers to renew contracts, sell add‑ons, and promote new offers.
• Educate clients on the latest telecommunications innovations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telecommunications.
• Willingness to learn, practice sales techniques, and grow from feedback.
• Interest in technology and ability to explain it in simple terms.
• Strong Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.
• Clean criminal record (certificate required).
