Sales Account Manager

About the role

Join Yukon Group’s growing sales team in Vilnius and help expand the reach of cutting‑edge thermal imaging and optical solutions across international markets. You will act as the primary liaison with distributors, dealers and key accounts, driving revenue growth and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities in assigned regions and achieve defined revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans for distributors and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and partners.
• Negotiate and close deals, monitor distributor performance and implement improvement actions.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Ensure product presence and availability across sales channels.
• Deliver product training, presentations and support to partners.
• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor data and report on performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian; Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.
• Proactive, results‑driven and self‑organised.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s licence.
