Sales and Marketing Manager – HVAC

About the role

Carrier is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution towards an HVAC leadership position in the Baltic markets. The role covers planning and delivering the company's top KPIs, coordinating sales, back office and service processes in Lithuania, and supporting the management team on distribution and channel management.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with distribution and channel management teams to meet customer needs within the contracted scope.
• Prepare business development activities for distribution and channel teams to support the strategy defined by leadership.
• Develop bid opportunities, prepare bid responses, negotiate with potential customers and maintain customer relationships to win projects.
• Identify opportunities with distribution and channel teams, explain how specific products and services can meet their needs, and create new business proposals that address resistance.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and coordinate and execute country-level marketing activities aligned with the global marketing strategy, ensuring marketing standards and corporate guidelines.
• Create, control and support a customer-oriented sales and marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, marketing and customer service.
• Experience in the energy sector or tech industry.
• Higher or secondary education (e.g. heating engineer or heating and air conditioning technician with general commercial education).
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing or similar is a plus.
• English language skills, driving licence, willingness to travel and to work from the office.
• Goal and success oriented mindset and good communication skills.
