Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion (Contract)

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to represent the Amiri brand in a luxury retail environment. This contract position focuses on building lasting client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed sales and service targets while building a loyal personal client base.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew educational sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods about events, merchandise requests, follow‑ups, and birthdays.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management on escalated matters.
• Comply with health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team.
• Active use of social media to promote personal fashion influence.
• Comfort with multiple technology channels to maintain client relationships.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
• Proactive approach to new merchandise deliveries.
