Sales Development Representative – B2B Outreach

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. The role starts with a focus on the Lithuanian market, with the possibility to support international outreach later.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospects and build targeted lead lists.
• Design and launch personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
• Respond to inbound interest and qualify leads.
• Schedule and book meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Track and manage leads, replies, and follow‑ups in a structured manner.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Confidence when communicating with prospective clients.
• Curiosity about sales technology, automation, and AI tools.
• Motivation to develop a career in B2B sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Clay or similar prospecting and lead‑enrichment tools.
• Experience with outbound email sequencing and LinkedIn outreach.
