Sales Engineer – Aerospace Solutions

About the role

Dedienne Aerospace is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop sales of new production products, studies and prototypes, turning technical needs into product and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage business development of customer relationships, monitor product sales, services, technical support and customer satisfaction.
• Study customer requests, identify needs and create technical and commercial offers, including pricing policies.
• Represent the company with customers and partners during visits, events and trade shows, prospecting new markets and influencing decision‑makers.
• Handle disputes and litigation for clients, coordinating with internal departments and proposing resolutions.
• Monitor sales objectives, analyse gaps and define corrective action plans to grow the portfolio and generate new leads.
• Conduct competitive intelligence on market players, sales tools and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering, preferably with a business management specialization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MRO/MRE environments.
• Excellent written communication skills and fluency in English.
• Strong autonomy, rigor and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in international technical environments.
