Sales Manager – B2B & B2C AV Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive growth of Audiotonas' audiovisual solutions across both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) markets. You will work with technical equipment, project‑based solutions and public procurement processes, acting as the primary contact for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads, monitor the market and identify project opportunities.
• Maintain and develop an existing customer portfolio, conduct needs analysis and prepare tailored proposals.
• Interpret technical specifications, create commercial proposals and coordinate with project managers and system integrators.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently, plan the workday and manage a customer portfolio.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to demonstrate solution value.
• Customer‑relationship focus to build long‑term loyalty.
• Analytical mindset for assessing profitability, risks and technical considerations.

Required skills

• Understanding of audiovisual systems, audio/video and control technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of Pragma accounting software (advantage).
