About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker / Parts Supplier to join our team in Kaunas. The role involves supporting both internal and external customers by ensuring the right automotive parts are available, ordered, received and distributed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist external and internal customers in selling automotive parts.
• Guarantee timely availability of parts, handling ordering, receipt and distribution.
• Monitor warehouse stock, spare parts and inventory levels.
• Achieve defined warehouse performance indicators.
• Coordinate return procedures.
• Prepare parts for scheduled truck repairs the next day.
• Source and deliver parts from local suppliers.

Required profile

• Higher education or equivalent, preferably technical.
• Relevant experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Experience with warehouse management software is a plus.
• Excellent customer service following company standards.
• Proficiency in English; Russian language is a plus.
• Attention to detail, honesty and ability to work shift schedules.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
