About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join its Vilnius facility. You will support the smooth flow of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch in a GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue a variety of raw materials and work tools.
• Pick products according to customer orders, pack them and hand over to carriers.
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, orderly and safe.
• Follow all quality, safety and GMP requirements.

Required profile

• Secondary education (higher education is a plus).
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Responsibility, attention to detail and a quality‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Good computer skills.
• Driving licence (training provided if not held).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse accounting systems (preferred).
