Senior Accountant

About the role

As a Senior Accountant at Pulsetto, you will lead the transformation of our financial operations from an outsourced model to a high‑performing internal function. Working closely with the Chief Accountant, you will design and automate processes that support our fast‑growing global e‑commerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Accountant to transition accounting tasks in‑house.
• Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping and reconciliations for sales, expenses, pre‑payments, accruals, bank transactions, AR, AP and FX across all entities.
• Identify data‑flow gaps in Shopify and Amazon sales records and drive migration to NetSuite.
• Prepare and file monthly VAT, i.SAF and local Lithuanian tax declarations (PIT, SODRA).
• Support month‑end closing, internal reporting and the preparation of financial statements for statutory audit.
• After automation, design and maintain control procedures to ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience with a broad functional background.
• Proactive “builder” mindset, comfortable questioning and improving existing processes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of Lithuanian tax regulations (VAT, i.SAF, PIT, SODRA).

Required skills

• NetSuite or other Tier 1 ERP (e.g., Dynamics 365).
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.
