Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. You will play a key part in ensuring the accounting and payroll processes for mid‑size and large clients run smoothly across the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including payroll calculations and monthly/annual tax declarations.
• Prepare financial and accounting reports, analyse data and share insights with colleagues and clients.
• Provide accurate information to third parties and support audit activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in Lithuanian GAAP, tax regulations and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in finance or audit with full‑cycle accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian GAAP, tax rules and related processes.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for pan‑Baltic collaboration.
• Proactive, well‑organized and strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting software and quick adaptation to new tools.
