Senior Clinical Project Manager – Oncology

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead oncology studies. The role involves overseeing study execution, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of assigned oncology clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Communicate performance and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead bid‑defense presentations for regional studies and support business development.
• Manage project financials, forecast revenue, and identify scope changes.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP regulations.
• Experience managing oncology or other therapeutic‑area studies.
• Proven ability to manage project financials and contractual obligations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
