Senior Consultant – Strategy, Risk & Transactions (Lithuania)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy, Risk & Transactions team in Lithuania. You will work on complex risk, compliance and internal audit engagements for leading local and international financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver governance, risk, compliance and internal audit projects for a variety of regulated clients.
• Assess and improve risk management, governance and internal control frameworks.
• Advise on regulatory requirements, including AML/CTF and broader financial services regulations.
• Identify risks and control weaknesses, providing practical recommendations.
• Support credit risk engagements such as credit reviews, Asset Quality Reviews (AQRs) and loan portfolio assessments.
• Prepare client‑ready reports, presentations and risk assessments.
• Independently manage project workstreams while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit or related fields, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work independently.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
