Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our global, diverse team. You will help migrate, deploy and keep our cloud‑first systems reliable and high‑performing, while introducing Site Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure as Code practices. The position is open to candidates located anywhere in Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a global DevOps team to migrate and optimise workloads for Azure and hybrid environments.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and support processes with IaC tools.
• Build, support and optimise 24/7 production environments to ensure high availability.
• Introduce SRE practices, improve observability, reliability and efficiency together with developers.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, troubleshoot incidents and drive timely system recovery.

Required profile

• Proven experience with CI/CD and version‑control tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Windows Server and/or CentOS, Azure or AWS cloud platforms, networking, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, PowerShell or Helm charts.
• Familiarity with observability solutions (Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack, Azure monitoring, etc.).
• Security‑oriented mindset with exposure to tools such as OWASP or Sonarcloud.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, ownership attitude and quality‑first mindset.
• Clear communicator, effective team player and fluent in English (B2 or higher).
