Senior Driver Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Driver Recruiter to lead driver recruitment in our local market. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, develop recruitment channels and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting our growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for professional drivers, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain local candidate sources, recruitment channels and partnerships with relevant communities.
• Monitor driver market trends, competitor activity and recruitment insights.
• Support local recruitment marketing initiatives and enhance employer visibility.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from first contact to joining.
• Collaborate closely with local HR, Transport and the Global Workforce Expansion team.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in transport or high‑volume hiring.
• Strong knowledge of the local labour market and recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, independent approach with strong ownership.
• Ability to translate market insights into practical recruitment actions.
• Fluent Russian and good English language skills.
