Senior Driver Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Driver Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of driver recruitment from the local market. This is a hands‑on recruitment role with a broader focus on local market development, recruitment marketing and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for professional drivers.
• Build and develop local candidate sources and recruitment channels.
• Develop a strong local network with relevant partners and communities.
• Monitor the driver market, competitors and recruitment trends.
• Support local recruitment marketing activities and employer visibility.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to joining.
• Work closely with local HR, Transport and the Global Workforce Expansion team.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in transport and/or high‑volume recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the labour market and local recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and independent approach with strong ownership.
• Ability to turn market insights into practical recruitment actions.
• Fluent Russian and good English.
