Senior Financial Analyst – Customer Support Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join Vinted’s Marketplace Customer Support Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Director of CS Operations, you will lead financial analysis projects and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis and forecasting, including segment‑specific profitability studies.
• Validate financial forecasts and actual results from other teams, reconcile differences and spot inconsistencies.
• Query data using SQL, Python, Looker and other tools to support assumptions and derive insights.
• Coordinate periodic budgeting and forecasting processes for CS Operations.
• Identify and assess financial risks, analyse costs and recommend savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations on financial performance for senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate the financial impact of business changes and provide recommendations.
• Communicate nuanced financial insights to stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with Product, Strategy, Finance and other teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑time experience in finance, such as FP&A, investment funds, big‑four, investment banking or management consulting.
• Experience in e‑commerce marketplaces is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
