Senior Financial Analyst – EMEA FP&A

About the role

Join Dexcom’s high‑performing Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the EMEA region. You will act as a finance business partner to functional leaders, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and functional leaders to provide financial analysis, insights, and decision support aligned with strategic priorities.
• Own monthly close, forecasting, and reporting processes, including variance and trend analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, ensuring accurate cost and headcount planning.
• Develop financial models and profitability analyses to support investment decisions and identify cost‑efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare management and executive‑level reporting on OPEX, headcount, and performance drivers.
• Support accounting activities such as accruals, PO approvals, and contract reviews.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation, and automation across FP&A activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a matrixed, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Experience delivering executive‑level financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on process improvement and automation.
