Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst on the Workflow & Insights Finance team, you will support financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, expense management, and strategic decision‑making across the business. The role blends traditional FP&A duties with exposure to AI‑enabled finance processes and business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including accruals, PO and invoice tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders on spending trends, resource requirements, investment priorities, workforce planning, vendor management, and expense optimization.
• Prepare financial analyses, performance reports, KPIs, and executive‑level presentations for senior finance stakeholders.
• Drive business transformation projects by improving forecasting, reporting, and planning processes through automation, data‑driven insights, and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Strategic Finance, or Business Analytics.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with financial planning, reporting, and analytics tools such as Power BI, OneStream, Workday, Anaplan, Salesforce, Databricks, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
