Senior Linux Sysadmin (Security Operations and Engineering)

About the role

As a Senior Linux Sysadmin in Security Operations and Engineering, you will keep our global infrastructure secure, reliable, and always on, automating manual tasks and hardening our platforms while supporting other engineers with security challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage security, patching, upgrades, and hardening on team‑maintained servers and services.
• Supervise and maintain critical systems, including secure connections, secret vaults, version control, bastion hosts, and other security‑related infrastructure.
• Assist sysadmins and developers in troubleshooting connectivity and security issues.
• Maintain the backup service.
• Write automations using Ansible and Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and create infrastructure as code.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in system administration or a similar role.
• Strong Linux expertise.
• Automation‑focused mindset, especially with Ansible and Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Interest in cybersecurity.
• Ability to document work and share knowledge with team members.
• Good understanding of networking concepts.
