Senior Marketing Tech Manager – Growth & Performance

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Tech Manager you will be the technical engine of Vinted Go’s Growth team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will own the systems and frameworks that power paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok, linking spend directly to logistics capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage weekly six‑digit budgets on Meta, Google and TikTok to acquire SMB merchants and activate new parcel shops.
• Connect ad‑campaign triggers to real‑time logistics data, automatically adjusting spend based on parcel‑shop density and operational limits.
• Design and implement AI‑driven workflows and low‑code automations to replace manual reporting and analytical tasks.
• Collaborate with the Senior Growth Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure growth efficiency as the network expands across Europe.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance and growth marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable media strategies.
• Proven track record of managing high‑budget paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
