Senior Marketing Tech Manager – Performance & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Tech Manager to become the technical engine of VintedGo’s Growth team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working alongside a Senior Growth Manager, you will own the systems and operational frameworks that drive our paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok, linking spend directly to logistics capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage weekly six‑digit budgets on Meta, Google and TikTok to acquire SMB merchants and activate new parcel shops across Europe.
• Connect ad‑campaign triggers to real‑time logistics data, automatically scaling or pausing spend based on parcel‑shop density and operational limits.
• Design and maintain AI‑powered workflows and low‑code automations that replace manual reporting and accelerate analytical cycles.
• Collaborate with product, data and logistics teams to ensure media performance aligns with network capacity.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to the Growth team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance and growth marketing, preferably in a tech‑enabled e‑commerce or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into automated actions.
• Hands‑on experience managing large‑scale paid media budgets on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, cross‑functional team and communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
